Automatic subject cut-out, bold text, animation — encoded on the device, not on a server. Straight into WhatsApp as a pack.

Trending counts likes and uses in this window against the one before it — what is climbing rises, not what has the most likes of all time.
Nothing has taken off in the last 30 days, so here is the newest.
WhatsApp takes a pack, not one sticker at a time: 3 to 30 stickers a pack, up to 10 packs from one app. A static sticker must be under 100 KB and an animated one under 500 KB, as a 512×512 WebP. KlipKlip checks all of it before handing a pack over, so you find out before WhatsApp refuses it.
Your pictures are not sent anywhere to become stickers. Cutting the subject out, adding text and encoding the file all happen on the phone — only what you choose to publish ever leaves it.
